  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung regionaler Netzwerke und Partnerschaften mit Unternehmen, Start-ups, Schulen, Gemeinden, Forschung und weiteren Stakeholdern

Besonders wichtig

JTF-Greenovation baut auf bestehenden Strukturen des TIZ Kirchdorf auf. Dazu gehören unter anderem Netzwerke wie die MINT-Region Traunviertel, die Kremstaler Technische Lehrakademie (KTLA) und die Technologiegruppe Kremstal (TGK).

Diese Netzwerke sollen im Projekt nicht nur genutzt, sondern aktiv weiterentwickelt und für neue Kooperationen in der gesamten Zielregion geöffnet werden.

Capacity Planning & Resource Modeling

  • Develop and maintain factory capacity models, labor forecasts, and resource planning scenarios

What We're Offering

As a Mechanical Test Engineer at Lam, you'll design and implement efficient testing methods for product development and manufacturing, improving quality and reducing cycle time. You'll perform diagnostic tests, design test features and equipment, and create detailed specifications for new products. What you'll do

  • Lead development and execution of tests for substrate holders and related handling and automation hardware, validating mechanical performance, stability, durability, and operating limits
  • Build, operate, and improve prototype test stands, fixtures, and test methods used to evaluate precision mechanical systems, while supporting other mechanical test stands as needed
  • Partner closely with automation, substrate handling, and design engineers to assess concepts, troubleshoot issues, and provide data-driven recommendations that reduce technical risk
  • Execute verification and characterization testing, analyze results, and investigate failure modes using structured problem-solving methods and sound engineering judgment
  • Select and apply appropriate instrumentation, measurement methods, and data acquisition tools to ensure accurate, repeatable, and efficient testing
  • Create clear technical documentation including test plans, procedures, reports, and design review materials, and communicate findings effectively to cross-functional teams

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience; or PhD in a related field
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and technical presentation skills
  • Proficient in 3D CAD tools such as CREO, Siemens NX, ProE, SolidWorks, and others
  • Hands-on experimental, prototype, and test background coupled with solid engineering skills
  • Experience developing and executing engineering test plans, analyzing data, and communicating technical conclusions
  • Strong engineering fundamentals with experience in mechanical and mechatronic systems, hardware troubleshooting, and structured problem solving
  • Experience supporting the validation of precision mechanical assemblies, motion-related hardware, or substrate support and handling

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large panels, panel-level systems, or advanced packaging applications
  • Familiarity with automation-integrated hardware, linear actuators, mechanism design, and strength of materials

Purpose of the Role

This position is for a marketing communications professional who can lead external communications work in Austria while supporting events, visits and internal communications. The role combines hands-on PR execution (from drafting and proofreading bilingual materials to coordinating agencies, media and stakeholders) with practical support for site events, executive and government-related visits, employee communications, and photo and video content needs.

What you'll do

1. External Communications and PR (~40%)

    Manage day-to-day coordination with PR agencies, local and regional media, photographers, media partners, print suppliers and event service providers.
    Support press spokespersons: prepare briefing documents, align key messages, and handle media follow-ups.
    Draft, proofread and quality-check PR and communications materials in German and English (press releases, subtitles, media briefings and event materials)
    Produce media materials, briefing sheets, coverage reports, summaries and follow-up notes in English.

2. Event and Visit Support (~30%)

    Plan and support site events, visits and media-related activities at the Austrian sites, including examples such as executive visits, government visits, and official delegations, with support for protocol, agendas, briefing packs, site logistics and on-the-day coordination.
    Coordinate corporate events and trade fair participation: venues, suppliers, local partners, shipping and receiving of materials.
    Manage schedules and meeting arrangements for event-related activities, including PR moments, media visits, executive engagements and government-related meetings.
    Handle purchase order creation, invoice processing, budget tracking and vendor coordination for PR and event projects.
    Collect and report metrics for media coverage, events and communications activities.

3. Internal and Employee Communications (~20%)

    Develop and publish PR-relevant content on the intranet and internal social platforms.
    Prepare internal announcements supporting PR activities, media visits, executive communications and site events.
    Deliver employee communications for Social Impact activities in Austria, including coordination with NGO and community partners.

4. Photo and Video Production (~10%)

    Capture or commission photography and video at site events, visits and Social Impact activities.
    Edit video content for internal and external channels
    Select, crop and lay out photography for internal and external communications use.

Minimum qualifications

  • Completed education (College or Bachelor) in the field of Business, Marketing or Communication
  • Minimum four years of experience in public relations, external communications, media relations, corporate communications, marketing communications or event support
  • Native German speaker with professional working proficiency in English, spoken and written, with the ability to write and proofread press materials, announcement emails, short articles and briefing documents in both languages
  • Demonstrated video editing ability, with a portfolio or work samples. Working knowledge of a standard editing suite and basic photo editing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams and Excel, and comfort working in English-language tool interfaces.
  • On-site presence three days per week
  • Strong self-management: able to prioritise, sequence and deliver without close supervision

Engagierte Betreuer*innen / Interviewer*innen (m/w/d) von Studienteilnehmer*innen einer Mobilitätserhebung im Ausmaß von 25 – 38,5 Wochenstunden; Vollzeit bevorzugt, in:

  • Organisation von persönlichen und telefonischen Terminen mit den vorinformierten Studienteilnehmer*innen sowie entsprechende Terminkoordination
  • Persönliche Kontaktaufnahme mit den Studienproband*innen
  • Durchführung von Datenerhebungen im Bereich Mobilität und Verkehr
  • Selbst gestalteter mobiler Einsatz in Ihrem Zielgebiet zum persönlichen Kontakt mit den Studienteilnehmer*innen
  • Direkte Kommunikation mit den Studienteilnehmer*innen, um relevante und präzise Informationen zu sammeln
  • Erfassung und Validierung dieser Daten mittels moderner Technologie (Laptop, Smartphone) in einem persönlichen Gespräch mit den Studienproband*innen
