About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Facilitate the end-to-end Sales and Operations Planning process, ensuring seamless integration across all functional teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement to mature the Sales and Operations Planning process cycles.
  • Identify opportunities for improving Sales and Operations Planning processes and analytical tools using data-driven insights.
  • Increase transparency in decision-making processes and streamline data and information flows.
  • Act as a strategic partner between Product, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Support data-driven decision-making and resolve key supply-demand imbalances.
  • Develop and implement Sales and Operations Planning dashboards and reports for visibility into demand, supply, and financial projections.
  • Leverage data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and monitor performance metrics to evaluate and improve Sales and Operations Planning processes.

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • University degree/Education, preferably in Supply Chain, Management, Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning and related functions
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, commercial, procurement, and production processes Excellent English proficiency and communication skills
  • Experience in leading cross-functional S&OP processes within a complex business environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Durchführung von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten
  • Regelmäßige Kontrollgänge der Anlagen inkl. selbstständigem Austausch der erforderlichen Betriebsmittel
  • Ein- und Ausschalten der Ausstellung sowie die Übernahme von Schlussdiensten

Du bist ein engagierter Haustechniker (w/m/d) und verfügst über:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen Beruf (z.B. Elektriker)
  • Verlässliche Persönlichkeit, welche die permanente Funktionalität aller haustechnischen Anlagen sicherstellt
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Sozialkompetenz im Umgang mit Besuchern und Kollegen
  • Bereitschaft für Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen in Zusammenhang mit beruflichen Tätigkeiten
  • Bereitschaft zu Spät- und Wochenenddiensten (1x im Monat)

  • Serving as the primary supply chain partner to EMEA markets, ensuring alignment of supply chain tactical goals and operational plans.
  • Identifying gaps in markets and supply chain performance and executing corrective action plans to drive continuous improvement in service levels and operational excellence.
