  • Degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in a comparable product development or product management role, ideally within the POS product environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; German language skills are a plus.

Verantwortungsbereiche und Aufgaben, in denen etwas bewegt werden kann:

  • Du prüfst die Eingangsrechnungen sowohl rechnerisch als auch steuerrechtlich (insbesondere Umsatzsteuer, Quellensteuer) und prüfst die Bankverbindung und die Zahlungskonditionen.
  • Im Zusammenhang mit der Erfassung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen verteilst du diese an diverse Sachbearbeiter zur sachlichen Prüfung sowie Kontierung (Konto, Kostenstelle, Innenauftrag (Projekt)) und Freigabe.
  • Die Verbuchung der Reisekostenabrechnungen und die Unterstützung bei der Durchführung des wöchentlichen Zahlungsverkehrs sind ebenfalls Bestandteil dieser Position.
  • Du unterstützt als Accountant bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen in den Bereichen Anlagenbuchhaltung und Kreditorenbuchhaltung.
  • Du wirst auch bei der laufenden Optimierung von Prozessen der Anlagen- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung mitarbeiten und an Abstimmungen mit internen Abteilungen teilnehmen sowie mit diversen internen Stakeholdern zusammenarbeiten.

Für die Rolle relevant:

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder kaufmännischer Schulabschluss
  • Buchhalterprüfung
  • Du bringst im besten Fall bereits fundierte Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP S/4HANA mit
  • Gute EDV- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist kommunikationsstark und arbeitest sehr gewissenhaft und zuverlässig
