• Systematic monitoring of single processes/process capabilities by using statistical methods (SPC) in the area of ​​CVD/PVD
• Identification of critical process parameters, implementation and documentation of corrective actions by risk assessment (FMEA)
• Definition and qualification of new processes and new production equipment, securing ramp ups for new technologies and new products, preproduction samples
• Support of production administration / Line Control
• Preparation and maintenance of process documentation / working documents / general documentation
• Support planning, execution and control of productivity improvements
• Training and support of first level process (FLP) colleague

• Finished education in a technical field, such as physics, chemistry, process technology and similar
• Basic knowledge in statistical methods (SPC, DOE, …)
• Taking ownership, working pro-actively & independent
• Ability to work in cross functional teams and under pressure, high motivation
• Technical and analytical skills
• Communication skills in German and English
• Willingness to work in a "Conti Wheel" working model

• Steuerung und Überwachung des Herstellungsprozesses in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Prozessingenieur*innen, Prozess-RD, QS und QA
• Aufrechterhaltung von Prozesslieferungen (z.B. FMEA, PCP, Defect Strategy etc.), Leitung von funktionsübergreifenden Besprechungen
• Optimieren von Prozessen und Lösen von Prozessproblemen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen (z.B. Test, Product Engineering, Design, Design Support, QA, etc.)
• Bewertung und Umsetzung möglicher Prozessvereinfachungen/-verbesserungen zur Senkung der Herstellungskosten, Erhöhung der Prozessausbeute und Verbesserung der Produktrobustheit
• Überführung neuer Technologien / Prozessmodule aus dem Prozess RD in die Produktion
• Übernahme der PI/DEF-Verantwortung bei Kundenaudits und für die Berichterstattung über angeforderte Daten an wichtige Kund*innen
• Stabilisierung von Technologien durch Überwachung von Leitprodukten

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Master) oder Promotion in Physik, Chemie, Materialwissenschaften oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Halbleiterherstellung oder einer ähnlichen Branche
• Ausgezeichnete technologische Fachkenntnisse (vorzugsweise 180nm und kleinere Technologie-Knoten)
• Fortgeschrittene Problemlösungsfähigkeiten (von Vorteil: Six-Sigma-Erfahrung usw.)
• Fähigkeit, funktionsübergreifende Teams zu leiten, und Bereitschaft, in einem Team zu arbeiten
• Fähigkeit, sich an ein sich schnell veränderndes Umfeld anzupassen, und projektbezogener Arbeitsstil, um neue Verfahren einzuführen
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse

• Coordinating the lab validation activities within the projects and the strategic delevopment of the validation discipline for the product line
• Creation of validation plans mapped to product requirements
• Support project management with estimation and planning of the laboratory related activities, and periodic reporting of the status
• Definition and setup of laboratory testbench considering highest possible automation using National Instruments PXI system
• Definition of printed circuit boards (PCB) circuits for product measurement
• Automation of measurements through software development (Python language)
• Continuous improvement of the software framework for automated measurements
• Electrical parameter measurement, characterization over temperature and statistical analysis
• Support bring-up, debugging and analysis of state-of-the art sensor products
• Generation of validation reports
• Perform correlation of golden samples measurements with production test (ATE) results
• Tight cross-discipline collaboration within the project team

• Master degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable
• Several years (min. 5 years) of experience as lead engineer for semiconductor devices validation
• Strong experience in defining high performance laboratory measurement setups for semiconductor devices (National Instruments PXI is an advantage)
• Strong experience in scientific programming languages/software (Python, Matlab, C/C++)
• Experience in defining and implementing frameworks for measurement automation using scripting or other automation software
• Experience in PCB design for high precision sensors measurements (e.g. Altium)
• Excellent attitude to teamwork
• Project management / planning skills
• Knowledge of Automotive requirements is advantageous
• Strong written and verbal communications skills in English language
