  • As Manager, Content Partnerships you'll be expanding RedBull's global impact and viewer engagement by strategically increasing its content reach through licensing agreements and co-production models. You'll identify key media partners worldwide, secure strategic pre-sales, co-productions, and commissions, support local and global distribution strategies, and ensure that RedBull's media offerings are proactively pitched and aligned with future market interests.
  • You'll embark on a mission to identify the most significant media partners globally, laying the groundwork for long-term licensing partnerships that will be instrumental in broadening our audience base. These partnerships will be meticulously crafted to not only resonate with current market trends but to also anticipate and evolve with future media landscapes, ensuring that RedBull's content continues to reach viewers across a multitude of channels and platforms.
  • In parallel, you'll work closely to secure pre-sales, co-productions, or commissions for RedBull's original content, ranging from unique one-off pieces to captivating series, with the most influential streamers, broadcasters, and platforms around the globe.
  • Your efforts will be synchronized with our network of country offices, bolstering their local deal-making capabilities. Your support will also extend to organizing partner pitch sessions, designed to spark interest and open dialogue with potential partners about RedBull's diverse content offerings.
  • Moreover, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the distribution strategies for both live events and non-live RedBull formats, assuring that our content is strategically positioned in the market.

  • 5+ years of experience in international content sales, acquisitions, commissioning or strategy.
  • Solid understanding of the global media landscape (especially streamers), working knowledge of the top 10 global markets and up to date knowledge of hits and programming trends in the factual and live sports space.
  • Great at effectively conveying ideas to diverse audiences and an extensive deal making experience across a variety of deal models.
  • Experience in working with development teams, this involves providing valuable insights and assessments of content ideas from their inception.
  • An existing network of relevant contacts in global media organizations and a passion for developing contacts.
  • Team player mentality, with strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and visual. Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.

  • You'll be responsible for consulting and supporting local teams in the development & execution of Music Marketing programme in their countries, along with our global strategy. You'll be the expert when it comes to guaranteeing brand standards and quality across all campaigns, activations and events while guardrailing RedBull's positioning and brand equity in Music.
  • You'll be responsible for centrally developing tools and guidelines for our global events portfolio, with a focus on building impactful 360° event campaigns, driving and improving efficiencies (ticketing, partnerships, merchandising) as well as cross-departmental collaboration.
  • You'll be in charge of ideating and developing new consumer-facing music projects, both Mainstream (large scale and booking-based) as well as Community-focused (participatory and skill-based), in line with our current music strategy and project principles.
  • You'll be responsible for all pre-event alignments & status check-ins with markets as well as your HQ counterparts. You'll streamline and collect relevant event data (pre-live-post), run project debriefs, and share insights/learnings to provide a foundation for improvement, development and innovation.
  • Research and innovation input for global Music content formats will also be part of your role, while improving and reviewing existing formats in alignment with the Music Media Network team.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • University degree
  • Proficient in written and spoken English. Additional language (e.g. Spanish) skills would be a plus
  • Understanding of the Culture landscape and interested in different Culture playgrounds (specifically Music Industry focused), maintaining a network in the Culture field
  • Strong project management skills with clear focus on Culture projects (internal / external teams & agencies, production partners, freelancers), including solid presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinking and understanding of brand marketing principles
  • Curious, positive and pro-active attitude
  • Self-motivated team-player that enjoys working in a diverse and fast-paced environment with multicultural and international stakeholders
  • International experience is a plus

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  • You'll define RedBull's strategy to drive sales growth in the Bricks & Clicks and Quick Commerce segments. You'll support the local teams to adapt and execute the global strategy in RedBull's top 25 markets. You'll partner with global and local Key Account teams to develop their online business plans, influencing eCommerce priorities and initiatives across Bricks & Clicks customers. You'll leverage insights to drive actions that achieve customer and RedBull business objectives, executing RedBull's marketing mix to reach new users.
  • You'll own the international relationships with Global Quick Commerce platforms such as Glovo, UberEats, Wolt, Just Eat, closely collaborating with international stakeholders to drive best-in-class partnerships that delivers joint business growth.
  • You'll enhance online performance on retailer digital platforms and delivery apps by leading initiatives that identify and close gaps, establishing RedBull as a key Brand in the channel. In partnership with cross-functional teams, you'll develop category and shopper insights for eCommerce beverage and energy drink categories, identifying and sharing best practices to reach new online shoppers and bring the RedBull brand to life across online platforms.
  • You'll work with RedBull Key Account teams to build eCommerce knowledge and ensure business plans align with RedBull eCommerce strategies. You'll lead cross-functional workstreams to deliver unique solutions in close partnership with key stakeholders including Category Management, Finance, Legal, Marketing and local eCommerce teams. In partnership with data teams, you'll be responsible for global eCommerce sales and share reporting as well as leading global business reviews to measure progress against sales and financial targets.
  • You'll work closely with brand marketing, category management and trade marketing to create best-in class optimized content and drive online execution. You'll provide guidance and hands-on support to win search and maximize RedBull's exposure on Quick Commerce – Delivery Apps and across Bricks & Clicks retailers.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics related
  • Fluent in English, additional languages as an advantage
  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce roles, working with Global Brands (FMCG/CPG industry preferred) or market leading Pure Players, Bricks and Clicks or Quick Commerce players across sales and marketing
  • eCommerce knowledge is a must, ideally with account management/online category management experience
  • Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality, pragmatic in developing things from scratch and a passion to drive the initiative to the next level
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources as well as strong planning, prioritization, and project management competencies
  • Exceptionally strong communicator that excels in translating complex business issues into practical and relevant terms and has strong influence and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and lead a multitude of internal stakeholders, including senior executive exposure
