• Unterstützung im operativen Treasury-Management (Cash- und Riskmanagement)
• Unterstützung des Leiters Treasury & Capital Markets bei Finanzierungsmaßnahmen und Treasury-Projekten
• Ansprechpartner für Konzerngesellschaften und externe Finanzierungspartner
• Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung des internen Treasury Berichtswesens sowie Präsentationen
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Finanzplänen sowie Durchführung von Szenarioanalysen und laufende Analyse der Unternehmensliquidität
• Administrative Aufgaben im Bereich des Finanzvertragsmanagements
• Unterstützung bei Ratingprozessen und -simulationen

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Finance/Treasury oder Banking sowie gutes Verständnis betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge
• Abgeschlossene Bankausbildung vorteilhaft
• Erfahrung mit SAP vorteilhaft
• Eigenständige konzeptionelle und risikobewusste Arbeitsweise
• Ergebnisorientierung, Organisationsgeschick und Qualitätsbewusstsein
• Engagement sowie Team und Kommunikationsfähigkeit im internationalen Umfeld
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und allgemeine IT-Affinität wünschenswert
• Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Identifying and nurturing new innovation ideas across the whole CSA R&D and marketing organization, and ensuring a smooth transition from concept to development
• Innovation Idea Generation and Evaluation: Facilitate ideation sessions, workshops, and other activities to generate new innovation ideas
• Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of early-stage innovation project portfolio in whole CSA BU
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Networking: Connect the different innovation funnels in the BL's to maintain coherence of the overall corporate strategy in innovation
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D from all CSA BL's, marketing, and application engineering, to ensure alignment and support for innovation initiatives
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all innovation activities on corporate level by collecting the status within the decentralized BL's and provide regular updates to senior management and the engineering community

• Successfully completed studies in natural science, or a related field
• First experience in program or project management in an innovation or R&D environment preferred
• Strong background in semiconductor physics, integrated circuits or system Engineering
• Competencies in project management, innovation, and strategic planning would be of advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Proficient in English at a negotiation level
• Creative thinker and strategic planner with a passion for innovation

• Strategic Positioning and Revenue Achievement: Define and implement go-to-market strategies that highlight ams OSRAM's semiconductor manufacturing capabilities and future roadmap leading to achievement of the revenue goals
• Pricing Ownership: Define and manage the global pricing strategy to align with the company's overall revenue and P&L objectives. Leverage a deep understanding of customer specifications and manufacturing complexities to develop competitive and value-based pricing quotations
• Market Engagement: Actively promote our Foundry offering through customer visits, trade fairs, and technical conferences; serve as a speaker and panel participant when needed
• Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation, qualification, and deal closure through targeted marketing materials, technical presentations, and customer workshops
• Collateral Development: Create compelling marketing content, including presentations, roadmaps, and customer-facing technical documentation
• Market Intelligence: Monitor global trends, customer needs, and competitive activity within the foundry industry and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Interface with R&D, Technical Marketing, and Communications to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and market needs

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field
• Proven experience (5+ years) in the semiconductor industry, ideally in a marketing, business development, or technical sales capacity
• Solid understanding of the semiconductor value chain, Foundry ecosystems, and customer requirements across various verticals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex technology in a clear, compelling way to diverse audiences
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is of strong advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%)

• Responsible for BMS Sensor product portfolio incl. product roadmap
• Collect, benchmark, and analyze new applications and product requirements for our Battery Management Sensor Solutions
• Define new sensor products, e.g. BMS-related sensors products
• Create in alignment with product marketing a Go-to-market strategy for new products
• Manage portfolio during complete product lifecycle, incl. initiation of new product development, product changes and discontinuations
• Optimize margins, including aligning price ranges with marketing and sales teams as well as initiating cost down activities

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field of study
• > 3 years relevant professional experience in product management or product marketing or similar functions
• Strong experience in Battery management systems
• Good social and intercultural competencies
• Experience in automotive market beneficial
• Capability to lead controversial discussions with stakeholders and customers
• Hands-on mentality
• Ability to thrive in fast paced dynamic environment
• Professional working proficiency in English and German
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
