The impact you'll make
You will support the performance and continuous improvement of product quality throughout the entire product lifecycle — from product concept and development through market introduction, volume manufacturing, and end of product life.
With a strong customer focus, you will help identify, investigate, and eliminate non-conformances from the global installed base of our products through structured root cause and corrective action processes. - Monitor quality performance and incoming quality records, and report performance against defined quality objectives.
- Drive quality investigations and improvement decisions in a cross-functional team environment.
- Prevent quality escapes early in the product development stage by applying appropriate quality methods and transferring lessons learned from installed-base quality into development programs.
- Analyze quality performance data and trends, identify systematic issues, and initiate improvements to products and the quality management system.
- Connect quality performance with financial impact, including cost of quality, and support prioritization of quality improvement activities.
- Act as a quality mentor and coach for Quality Case Owners (QCOs).
Who we're looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic Quality Engineer who is passionate about continuous improvement and committed to strengthening the quality of our products and systems. The ideal candidate is motivated by evolving technology, increasing customer expectations, and the opportunity to contribute to an interdisciplinary global quality network. You bring a structured problem-solving mindset, strong collaboration skills, and the drive to turn quality insights into sustainable improvements.

- Fundamental understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and experience applying quality standards and processes.
- Experience with quality methods such as 8D, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, FMEA, or similar problem-solving approaches.
- Project management capabilities and the ability to lead cross-functional improvement activities.
- Strong data analysis capabilities, including data mining, trend analysis, interpretation of quality metrics, and translation of findings into actionable conclusions.
