  • Preparation of buffer, media and samples

  • Filtration, concentration and quality control of samples

  • Postprocessing of protein purification experiments

  • Documentation, stock tracking and order management

  • Support and maintenance of the required equipment


  • Completed education (HTL, Kolleg Rosensteingasse or equivalent) with strong laboratory background

  • Accuracy & commitment

  • Team spirit

  • German proficiency

  • At least basic English proficiency

  • Nice to have: Practical experience with extract preparation methods (lab- and pilot-scale)

Regulatory Affairs Manager (f/m/x)

· Preparing technical documents to support country-specific regulatory submissions of registration documents and maintaining, reviewing and updating regulatory submissions and documents

· Evaluating regulatory input for CAPAs, changes, deviations, …

· Assisting in responses to regulatory authorities, notified bodies and authorized representatives' questions within assigned timelines

· Supporting internal and external audits and inspections

· Serving as the company's Data Protection Officer: ensuring compliance with applicable data protection regulations

· Establishing, maintaining and regularly updating the company-wide Legal Register, including systematic identification and evaluation of relevant legal requirements

· Carrying out post-market surveillance activities and preparing work instructions (SOPs) and forms


· Degree in medical technology, biology, biochemistry, or comparable course of study

· Minimum of 4 years of experience in regulatory affairs in the context of (in-vitro diagnostic) medical devices (e.g. MDR, IVDR)

· Advantageous: Experience with regulations and registrations in USA, Canada and/or Japan

· Accuracy, willingness to learn and the ability to work independently, competence to work in a team

· Very good command of German and English

• Cross-departmental leadership and coordination of projects – from innovative product developments to process optimizations and industrialization initiatives in production.

• Creating and implementing strategic project plans with clear structure and timelines that ensure efficient resource allocation, realistic budgeting, and include robust risk and exit strategies.

• Continuous monitoring of project progress through proactive time management and agile decision-making.

• Successfully completed technical or scientific training/degree.

• Visionary and solution-oriented mindset with resilience and excellent communication skills to influence at all levels.

• Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken).

• Active sourcing and building talent pipelines to attract qualified candidates

• Managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding

• Candidate rejection management: professional and timely communication with candidates

• Administrative and organizational implementation of all processes along the employee life cycle

• Advising and supporting managers on all HR-related topics


• Completed education in the field of Human Resources or related

• 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in recruiting within the

life science industry
