  • Routine production of recombinant proteins in E. coli and/or P. pastoris expression systems

  • Analysis of expression samples

  • Software based management of biological samples

  • Optimization & validation of running processes

  • Support & maintenance of equipment


  • Completed education (HTL, FH or university) in the field of biochemistry, molecular biology, biotechnology or similar

  • Knowledge of recombinant protein expressions in different expression systems

  • High level of satisfaction in performing routine tasks

  • Nice to have: Practical experience with Fermentation

  • Excellent command of English; German language skills are advantageous

  • Motivation to grow in exciting projects within a team and the ability to work and report independently

Quality Manager (f/m/x) Service Operations

  • Lead and support process mapping, reengineering, standardization, and documentation for operational excellence
  • Drive process adoption and quality improvement initiatives in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IVDR
  • Apply Root Cause Analysis, Risk Analysis, and statistical methods to ensure quality assurance and control
  • Provide training and guidance on new tools, procedures, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption
  • Identify and analyze data to monitor process performance and quality metrics; use dashboards and KPIs for tracking
  • Prepare clear reports and recommendations for leadership based on findings and performance analysis
  • Drive cross-functional quality projects with clear timelines and documentation
  • Conduct internal audits and support external audits and certifications

  • Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 13485, MDSAP, IVDR)
  • 5 years of professional experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or Process Improvement—ideally in a regulated environment
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, MDSAP, IVDR, VDA, ISO 14001, ISO 45 000, ISO 27000)
  • Proficient in continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., CAPA, 8D, FMEA, 5W, RPZ, Six Sigma, PDCA, STATISTIK)
  • Confident user of an ERP/workflow systems (e.g., BMD, Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and process modeling tools
  • Skilled in presenting complex topics clearly and delivering effective training sessions
  • Experience in Customer Services / Sales / Relation Processes (e.g., helpdesk, training programs, company academies, key account support)
  • Strong analytical mindset, structured work approach, hands-on attitude, and excellent communication and collaboration skills

Technical Support Specialist (f/m/d)

  • First point of contact for customer inquiries via email, phone, chat and ticketing system
  • Diagnosis and resolution of basic software, hardware, and network issues (Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS)
  • Management and documentation of customer requests in the CRM, ensuring SLA compliance and supporting KPI performance
  • Continuous maintenance of the internal knowledge base (FAQs, troubleshooting guides, templates)
  • Act as “the voice of the customer,” advocating for usability improvements and feature enhancements
  • Coordination with second‑level experts for advanced troubleshooting and follow-up
  • Participation in functional testing of new software releases providing clear, structured feedback

  • Completed scientific and/or technical education and/or relevant professional experience
  • Background in customer service, helpdesk, training support, or similar customer-facing roles
  • Nice to have: Experience with medical devices, laboratory workflows, or healthcare IT systems advantageous
  • Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office 365, basic networking, and remote support tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and structured working style
  • Ability to break down technical issues into simplified explanations
  • Proficient in English and French, additional languages (e.g. German) advantageous
