  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, new onboarders, candidates, and partners, including reception and phone management

  • Coordinating general office communication, correspondence, and administrative processes

  • Managing incoming packages and internal distribution (8:30 AM – 12:30 PM)

  • Organizing business cards, office supplies, taxi bookings, and maintaining structured databases and procedures

  • Supporting the planning and execution of internal events, B2B trade fairs, and meetings

  • Coordinating quotes, shipments, and marketing material logistics in collaboration with Sales and external partners

  • Managing inventory and reorders of marketing materials

  • Assisting in marketing campaigns, website and newsletter updates, social media coordination, and CRM data maintenance


  • At least 5 years of experience in front office, administration, marketing coordination, or event support

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Friendly, professional, and a clear service-oriented mindset

  • Confident handling of MS Office; structured and reliable way of working

  • Very good command of German and English; additional languages are a plus

  • Hands-on attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Regulatory Affairs Manager (f/m/x) Medical Devices

  • Preparing technical documents to support country-specific regulatory submissions of registration documents and maintaining, reviewing and updating regulatory submissions and documents
  • Establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) system in accordance with IVDR requirements (e.g., PMS plans, PMS reports, PSURs)
  • Evaluating regulatory impact for CAPAs, changes, and deviations, and providing strategic regulatory inputAssisting in responses to regulatory authorities, notified bodies and authorized representatives' questions within assigned timelines
  • Supporting internal and external audits and inspections
  • Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, and templates to ensure efficient and compliant regulatory processesEstablishing, maintaining, and regularly updating the company-wide Legal Register, including systematic identification and assessment of applicable regulatory requirements

  • Degree in medical technology, biology, biochemistry, or comparable course of study
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in regulatory affairs in the context of (in-vitro diagnostic) medical devices (e.g. MDR, IVDR)
  • Advantageous: Experience with regulations and registrations in USA, Canada and/or Japan or Experience in Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) activities.
  • Accuracy, willingness to learn and the ability to work independently, competence to work in a team
  • Very good command of German and English

Senior Assay Scientist

  • Development, optimization, and characterization of immunoassays (e.g., ELISA, multiplex and array-based platforms)

  • Design and execution of analytical validation studies in line with established guidelines (e.g., CLSI – Clinical & Laboratory Standards Institute), including:

    • Precision (repeatability and intermediate precision)

    • Accuracy, linearity, and analytical sensitivity/specificity

    • Establishment and verification of calibration models and standard curves

  • Statistical analysis and fitting of assay data, including curve modeling, performance evaluation, and trend analysis

  • Planning, execution, and documentation of verification and validation activities

  • Systematic troubleshooting and continuous improvement of assay performance

  • Preparation of comprehensive technical reports summarizing experimental findings and validation outcomes

  • Clear communication of results, including presentation of data, interpretation, and formulation of recommendations for further development steps

  • Proactive identification and implementation of technical improvements for new and existing (legacy) assays


  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field

  • Strong hands-on experience in immunoassay development and validation

  • Proven track record in designing and executing analytical validation experiments, in accordance with CLSI guidelines (Clinical & Laboratory Standards Institute), including precision, linearity, sensitivity, specificity, and robustness assessments

  • Experience with calibration strategies and curve fitting (e.g., 4PL/5PL models) and understanding of assay dynamic range and performance characteristics

  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical evaluation using tools such as Excel, GraphPad Prism, R, Python, or similar

  • Structured, detail-oriented working style with strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly document, interpret, and present complex scientific data
