Our site in Lanzenkirchen, based in the south of Vienna, is Hilti´s Competence Center for Ventilated Façade and Installation Systems such as Pipe clamps and Heavy modular systems. As part of our Business Unit Installation, we provide product development, supply, marketing and engineering. Our highly motivated international team works together with colleagues from all over the world in an entrepreneurial environment to bring innovative new products to the market. This role supports sustainability and marketing efforts for Hilti's construction support systems. Key responsibilities include preparing and managing data for Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), coordinating updates with certification bodies, and ensuring smooth publication and internal sharing. You'll adapt external sustainability training into company-specific formats to educate the sales team on certified products. Additionally, you'll maintain and improve the CO₂ calculator tool by updating data, fixing errors, and incorporating market feedback. The role also involves validating technical product data and supporting its integration into digital platforms. Strong coordination, data handling, and communication skills are essential.

What you need is:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Engineering or Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Civil, Structural, Environmental Engineering or Sustainable Marketing
  • Already gained practical experience in companies and may have already had your first practical contact points in a marketing department
  • Familiarity with construction industry workflows and stakeholder roles (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of sustainability metrics such as Life Cycle Assessment and CO₂ footprint
  • Interest in marketing content creation and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented work style
  • Need to complete a Pflichtpraktikum as part of their academic program

This role supports the relaunch of our website by reformatting and restructuring existing editorial and product content to fit the new layout, while coordinating with internal teams to prioritize updates. It involves close collaboration with marketing, product, and digital stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand messaging. The candidate will maintain high standards of data quality across product listings in the online shop, ensuring consistency across regions and portfolios. Additionally, the role contributes to a strategic digital communication initiative that strengthens our online presence and supports the SPEC2SITE campaign by translating technical product information into clear, customer-facing content.

What you need is:

  • Master's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related technical field
  • At least 5 years of international experience in Quality Management
  • Extensive experience in SQM and operational quality, with strong production know-how in stamping, forming, and coating
  • Solid knowledge of quality management tools, methodologies, and relevant standards
  • Proven leadership experience (+ 3-4 years) incl. Talent development
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level); German Skills are a plus

Datenanalyse: Datenanalyse für relevante operative und technische Leistungsindikatoren
Dokumentation und Bereitschaftsdienst: Sorgfältige Dokumentation aller technischen Prüfungen und Wartungen sowie Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft.
