Als Leiter:in unserer Engineering-Abteilung für den Hoch- & Tiefbau bist du zusammen mit deinen zehn Mitarbeiter:innen das Aushängeschild unserer renommierten Marke. Zu deinem Aufgabenbereich gehört:

-) Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Kund:innen zur Erarbeitung professioneller Anwendungslösungen im Bereich der Befestigungstechnik
-) Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und fachliche Führung des Außendienst-Teams
-) Sicherstellung exzellenter technischer Betreuung für Kund:innen
-) Fokus auf persönliche und fachliche Mitarbeiter:innentwicklung (auch international)
-) Erzielen hervorragender Ergebnisse mit deinem Team
-) Schnittstellenfunktion mit internen (Vertrieb, Kund:innenservice) und externen Stakeholdern (w/m/d) (z.B. Planungsabteilungen, Investor:innen, ausführende Unternehmen)

Was Sie mitbringen:

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (bevorzugt Bauingenieurwesen, Kulturtechnik & Wasserwirtschaft)
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung idealerweise im konstruktiven Ingenieurbau oder Befestigungstechnik
• Mind. 2 Jahre Führungserfahrung
• Unternehmerisches Denken, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamorientierung
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch sowie fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse

Join us to shape Hilti's digital presence by transforming and optimizing web content for our redesigned platform. This role offers hands-on experience in content management and strategic communication, while spotlighting the innovation behind Hilti Support Systems and ensuring data quality across our global web shop. This is ideally a full-time mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) with a fixed duration of six months. We are specifically looking for candidates who are required to complete a Pflichtpraktikum as part of their academic program.

What you need is:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Marketing

What you need is:

• Master's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related technical field
• At least 5 years of international experience in Quality Management
• Extensive experience in SQM and operational quality, with strong production know-how in stamping, forming, and coating
• Solid knowledge of quality management tools, methodologies, and relevant standards
• Proven leadership experience (+ 3-4 years) incl. Talent development
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level); German Skills are a plus
