Gemeinsam mit unseren Kund:innen arbeitest du an der Optimierung, Erweiterung und Anbindung von Standardapplikationen im Produkt Sustainability. • Du entwirfst, optimierst und entwickelst zukunftssichere IT-Lösungen im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit für den internationalen Einsatz.
• Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den gesamten Softwareentwicklungsprozess – von der Konzeption über die Implementierung bis hin zum Rollout und Support.
• Du implementierst neue Lösungen, betreust bestehende Systeme und sorgst für effizienten, wartbaren und testbaren Code.
• Du konzipierst und implementierst Datenbereitstellungen und sorgst für eine reibungslose Integration in bestehende Systemlandschaften.
• Du entwickelst Schnittstellen zu externen Softwareanbietern und stellst deren zuverlässige Anbindung sicher.
• Du führst Code Reviews durch und bringst dich aktiv in die Qualitätssicherung ein.
• Du erstellst technische Anwenderdokumentationen und sorgst für eine klare Nachvollziehbarkeit deiner Lösungen.

• Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni oder vergleichbar).
• Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in der Schnittstellenentwicklung mit – insbesondere mit REST APIs, JSON und Kafka.
• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken und verfügst über mindestens drei Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung in SQL und PL/SQL.
• Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Datenformate, Datenflüsse und Systemintegration.
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und behältst auch bei komplexen Anforderungen den Überblick.
• Du bist ein Organisationstalent und ein Teamplayer mit Hands-On Mentalität.
• Du arbeitest selbstorganisiert, zielorientiert und behältst auch in komplexen Situationen den Überblick.
• Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch – sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich.

• Maintaining and further improving an internal developer platform (IDP)
• Active participation in meetings, and fostering of cross-team collaboration where necessary to address business goals
• Teaching peers how to set up systems and drive execution plans for features and system improvements
• Coordinating efforts across the team rather than working in a silo

• At least 8 years of professional experience as a Software, Site Reliability, Platform or DevOps Engineer
• Expert in the automatic generation of infrastructure
• Deep industry knowledge and awareness of the technical landscape and the ability to incorporate analysis as appropriate into strategy
• Extensive expertise with Kubernetes, cloud native solutions, GitOps and CICD topics
• You should be able to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely
• Ability to set clear and challenging goals for a portfolio of work, and pursue them with enthusiasm and passion
• Good understanding of business objectives and incorporation of these into the body of work

As the Component Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 members offering Level 2 support, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and making a real impact on our network infrastructure. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and prioritization skills, as well as a commitment to high quality and customer satisfaction.

• Lead and manage the NOC Green Team, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
• Oversee the daily activities of the team, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and support.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and service delivery.
• Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Handle administrative tasks related to inventory & monitoring of network devices.

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a Network Operations Center or similar environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory. Additional languages such as Italian, Lithuanian, Czech, Hungarian, Slovakian, Bulgarian, Romanian, or Croatian are a plus.
• Excellent Network-Skills (certified)
